MESH Planning and Implementation Workshops

MESH is hosting a series of research planning and implementation workshops to focus research projects on important US Global Change Research Program objectives. One workshop, Decadal to Millennial Climate Variability in the Holocene, was held in 2001. The workshop recommendations were incorporated into the 2002 Earth System History Call for Proposals. A copy of the workshop report is available here.

There are two new workshops planned for 2002; The History of Tropical Climate and The Role of Methane in Abrupt Climate Change.
